You act just like those drivers are just lying around waiting for you to download them. Unless this machine came with Windows 7 installed from the manufacturer, I doubt you will will find them anywhere.
You will need to post hardware id strings (available from Device Manager) for each device you need a driver for. Most strings begin with "PCI/VEN"
Open Device Manager, find and double-click the networ device(s), click the Details tab and select "Hardware ID" and give me the hardware id string that begins with "PCI\VEN" (1st./top line of text only). Note: If no driver has been installed for the network device, it may be listed under "Unknown Devices" so be sure to look there.
