I found these instructions posted on several different websites but I really doubt there exists Windows 7 x64 drivers. You might want to give it a try:

• 1st You download this Webcam Driver.
Intel Pro PC Camera CS430 Personal Web Camera for Driver
• After this, install the Webcam driver in the system.

• Install Instructions:

• Installation of Webcam Driver
• Go to the control panel
• Click on the System Icon
• Click on the Hardware Tab
• Click on the Device Manager then
• Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
• Right click on it and uninstall it.
• After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
• Driver installation Wizard start.
• Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
• Driver will auto-install.

You might want to read some of the links found by Google Search.

at first glance the page you direct to looks just like an actual Intel page. I could tell by the URL it was not. I downloaded you tool. told in not to install the norton. ran it. and it found a few problems, the same reason i was at driverguide, not anything that i wasnt aware of and trying to fix. and dud tell people it is a pay to fix program. that is like asking your friend if they are hungry, fixing them a sandwich, letting them smell and look at it, then saying you want $10 for it. I understand someone made the program, but it is a cheating way to do things, be up front and honest in your business practices and you will go farther. as for your software it has been removed.
