More than two years ago, possibly three or four, the driver and Navigator software for the Jog Dial on the PCG-GR270P were available to download from Sony. Now they are not.
I did a clean install on this laptop, put the drivers on a disc and told the owner not to lose the disc. Of course he lost the disc, the hard drive died and now Sony won't let anyone have the Jog Dial driver and Navigator for this model or any other VAIO products that use the same software.
