Matsonic is gone.... out of business. You will need to identify each piece of hardware on the mb in order for use to help:
Open device manager, find and double-click the device you need a driver for (it may be listed under "Other Devices" if no driver has been installed), click the "Details" tab, select "hardware id" and give me the string that begins "with PCI\VEN", (top/first line of text only).
