Jaton doesn't make a 228PCI-TW. If you mean 228PCI-TWIN instead, you can download it's driver here:

However, Jaton doesn't say it's for Windows 7 but for Windows XP 32-bit, Windows 2000. I'd guess and say there is no Windows 7 support from Jaton.
