I am looking for a driver for PCI Express x16 port. I was having problems with installing a new graphics which would not work and I have come to find out that there is a explanation mark on that port on the windows device manager. I believe there is a problem with the device driver for that port.

Try uninstalling the device, then reboot the machine and allow the OS to find and install it's integrated driver for the device. PCI-E ports rarely need a 3rd. party driver.
