IBM doesn't make the 82801BU chipset, Intel does... and it doesn't require a driver since it's not the sound chip. Sound chips are made by companies like Realtek, Cmedia, ADI SoundMAX, VIA, and IDT (formerly Sigmatel).
Open Device Manager, find and double-click the sound device, click the "Details" tab, select "Hardware ID" and give me the hardware id string that begins with "PCI/VEN"
