There is no such modem as Intel 82801. Please include your computer/motherboard brand and model if this device came pre-installed in your computer at the time of purchase. Including the hardware id string (from Device Manager) will also help.
Likewise, a modem description (eg: brand, chipset, and model) would also be helpful.
