A "D720102GC" is a NEC chipset located on a 4-Port USB 2.0 PCI Controller Card (not a network card). Since no driver cd is included with this device, I must assume it's 100% plug and play in Windows OS's. You can see the specs for it on the Geeks website:

It won't help in the case of Win95, but I have had this PCI USB card for a few years now and here is what I have found out about it (I keep notes on the metal backplate using a fine-point sharpy): It works great (natively) under Ubuntu Linux. In WinXP it does *not* work (can't remember if this was due to no driver being found by the OS, or just due to data errors when trying to use it). In Mac OS X Tiger on a Power Mac G4 it does *not* work, which runs contrary to the info found at the following link, which says it should work natively in WinXP and OS X Tiger:

IIRC I originally bought this card for my G4 after having read that NEC PCI USB chipsets *always* work in Mac OS X... at least in the case of this card that appears to not always be the case.
