What is an HFC card? I understand NIC card but not HFC. Did this card come pre-installed in your pc at the time of purchase or did you add it later? If it did come pre-installed name the pc brand and model. Or open Device Manager, find and double-click the network device, click the Details tab, select "hardware id" and give me the hardware id string that begins with "PCI\VEN", (1st./top line of text only).
