Hi all. I can not re-install windows 7 back on my computer. I cant do a recovery or anything. Its says there is no operating system installed now. I'm trying to re-install windows 7. However, its not recognizing my HD. Its says I need drivers for my hard disk. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thank you. L555-S7005

Hard drives DO NOT require drivers in any OS. Hard disk controllers do. You need to list what hard disk controller you have if you want help with a driver (not the hard drive).

Don't you have access to the restore files written to a hidden partition on the hard drive? If so, you need to learn how to use it. Consult your computer documentation to learn how to restore the os. If you don't have such documentation, then I suggest you visit the Toshiba website closest to your location and download such.
