VIA does not make any product called "tremor ice". But they do make sound chips... you can find generic drivers on the VIA website but if this device is part of a laptop, you will need to download/use drivers from the laptop makers website.
Is this a retail sound card or OEM. If the latter, what is your computer/motherboard brand and model?
