DRIVER NEEDED: Gigabyte GA-M68MT-S2 (Windows 7 x64)

I am trying to find the latest drivers for the onboard LAN for this motherboard - Realtek RTL8211CL chip
I am having issues getting Wake On LAN to work. Windows appears to have a driver which it installs initially - WOL works with this, however, after a couple days it will stop working.
The GigaByte website has there 'latest' driver published but it appears to be older than another nVidia driver that Windows is trying to install itself.
I have tried the following drivers so far -
1. microsoft 17/10/2008 1.0.1.211 Base windows build
2. nvidia 12/08/2010 73.3.5.0 Auto installed by Windows
3. nvidia 04/03/2010 73.3.0.0 Currently installed - downloaded from Gigabyte

Even if someone else is running the same setup I would be interested to know what version of drivers they are using?

Have you tried running Windows Update to see if it will find a working driver?
