I'm unfamiliar with the number you posted. Check it again...... it should be d-1156ix (usually the x is the letter p but could be something else I suppose). And some models have an additional 2 or more digits past the x.
If this device came pre-installed in your computer at the time of purchase, just tell us the computer brand and model and save us all some time and energy.
