Very few companies offer drivers for long-discontinued OS's like Windows 3.11. You omitted some important details like is this device a retail or OEM device? If retail, check the 3Com website for driver availability.... if it's an OEM product, please visit the website of the company who made your computer. Or if you want us to find it for you, include those missing details. Lots of computer companies used this nic in their computers. HP is one of those companies who installed in it some of their computer models.
