I don't have a clue what you're wanting or what you're wanting it for nor what the device is that your describing. It appears to be a logic integrated circuit chip which does not require a driver.
Try providing answers to the following:
1: Hardware id string (available in Device Manager)?
2: What is the hardware device you are describing?
3: What do you need, eg: a driver, a bios update, a user manual, other?
4: Motherboard/computer brand and model?
This is an excellent example for how not to post a proper request.
Google says there's a driver here but I don't speak Spanish (or Portugese) so it's difficult for me to tell:
