What are you describing? I've never heard of a motherboard having hardware id strings. Those are for identifying hardware on a motherboard.
"usb\vid_0000&pid_0000\5&67828c5&1&1" is an invalid hardware id string.
the parts in bold should have numbers/digits other than zeros. Please recheck the string in Device Manager for the hardware device you need a driver for.
Note: LG makes optical drives.... motherboards.... I doubt it.
