Your hardware id string is incomplete. Open Device Manager, find and double-click the hardware device you need a driver for, click the Details tab, select "hardware id" and give me the hardware id string that begins with "PCI\VEN", (1st./top line of text only). If no driver has been installed for this device, it may be listed under "Other Devices".
You also need to provide the computer/motherboard brand and model and say whether it's a desktop or laptop computer and if it came from the factory with Windows 7 installed.
