You posted 2 different operating systems, eg: Windows XP and Windows 7. Go here to get drivers for this motherboard:

Then select which OS you need drivers for.

Because I am running Windows XP Professional and want to upgrade, but was unable to find drivers compatible with Windows 7. So, I was not upgrading. Thnx for the Link...
