Sorry, I cannot help you. This motherboard id string is missing the 3rd. set of digits (the one's in bold below) needed to identify the manufacturer.

I found that file on AMI.com, but it's not the very first revision.

Usually when those digits are all zeros, that indicates it could be an experimental or prototype board. There should be 4 digits where the string is bold, like 1135 for example. Without those 4 digits, I cannot identify the manufacturer. I believe that AMI is only a bios maker, not a motherboard maker.

AMI used to be a motherboard manufacturer, but wit the arrival of the Olympus IV they left that market.

But today, they mainly provide bios files for motherboards of all different makes.
