What are you describing with "MCP16-PM-AM"? A motherboard, a computer model, a chip number, other? It's impossible to help a request that's as vague as yours. You gave us nothing to work with.
Please be more specific with your request. If you're unable to provide basic computer/motherboard/device description information please open Device Manager, find and double-click the hardware device you need a driver for, click the Details tab, select "hardware id" and give me the hardware id string that begins with "PCI\VEN", (1st./top line of text only).
Otherwise, all I can suggest is to try the manufacturers website.
