"usb network adapter" is neither a model number nor a chipset number.... one of which if required to help you. And Conexant never built network adapters, they made chipsets. You need to provide the real card manufacturers name and model number along with the Conexant chipset number or open Device Manager, find and double-click the hardware device you need a driver for, click the Details tab, select "hardware id" and give me the hardware id string that begins with "USB\VID", (1st./top line of text only).
