One of the very basic requirements to finding a driver is to identify the hardware.
(This is one method to identifying the hardware)
Open Device Manager, find and double-click the hardware device you need a driver for, click the Details tab, select "hardware id" and give me the hardware id string that appears. It should begin with "PCI/VEN" but could be different depending on the interface type. (1st./top line of text only). I believe this card contains a chipset by ATI/AMD. You can get drivers here:
