Unfortunately, Packard Bell does not post drivers according to the motherboard model number, they post them according to the computer model.
ms-6786 is not a Packard Bell model number, it's a MSI motherboard model number. Please state what Packard Bell computer model you have and tell us what the graphics/video adapter chipset is. If you don't know then open Device Manager, find the graphics/video adapter and double-click it, click the Details tab, select "hardware id" and give me the hardware id string that begins with "PCI\VEN", (top/1st. line of text only).
