vs10780 is not found on the manufacturers website: http://www.viewsonic.com/support/downloads/drivers/

This monitor should be "plug and play" in Windows XP. What problem are you experiencing that makes you believe you need a driver?
Also, what is showing under "Monitors" in Device Manager?
