There is no such audio chip... but u would have known this had you taken a few seconds to read the several STICKY's and the numerous identical threads in this forum.
There is an Intel 82801 chip but it doesn't require a driver, the real audio chip does. Audio chips bear names from Realtek, Cmedia, ADI SoundMAX, VIA, and IDT (formerly Sigmatel).
Open Device Manager, find the sound device listed (if no driver is installed, it may be listed under "Unknown Devices"), double click it, click the Details tab, select "hardware id" and give me the hardware id string that appears below that begins with PCI\VEN, (1st./top line of text only).
