The VIA VT-8235
is a combo Southbridge chip
that contains 6 channel audio (MC'97 Audio), Ethernet, USB 2.0 and a PCI IDE controller.
I don't see any relationship at all to this being a Monitor or LCD Display chipset... or even a graphics/video chipset.
Complete specs on this chipset can be found here: http://www.via.com.tw/en/products/ch...bridge/vt8235/
This is the VIA download home page: http://www.via.com.tw/en/support/drivers.jsp
This is the driver VIA offers for the VIA VT8235 chipset: http://www.viaarena.com/Driver/Rhine_WinXP_387a.zip
....which is listed under the Ethernet (Networking/LAN/WLAN)

I'm puzzled why you posted this request in the Monitors and LCD Displays forum
? Please explain. Or if you need additional help, post the computer/motherboard brand and model that this device came installed in. When I determine what the actual hardware device is that you're wanting a driver for, I will move this request to the proper forum (which I suspect will be the Networking Forum.
