"tata photon plus" is not a hardware device, it's a service (according to the info I read here:
http://www.tataphoton.com/customercare.aspx).

Huawei modem model numbers resemble this: EC1260, EC168C, EC1260C, etc.

If this doesn't work, open Device Manager, double-click the device, click the Details tab, select 'hardware ids', and give me the hardware id string that appears. (1st line of text only)

Make sure the device is plugged and powered on.
