We have no clue what hardware Soltek incorporated into your motherboard and since that company has all but completed disappeared on the net, there is little to help us out so we have to depend on you to provide the information. Believe me, it's much quicker this way.
For every hardware device you need a driver for, open Device Manager, double-click a device, click the Details tab and give me the hardware id string. Most should start with PCI\VEN.
Repeat for each device you need a driver for.
Or you can try a software that id's hardware and finds a driver like Everest Home Edition.
To find make and model of pc hardware,
EVEREST Home Edition is a free system diagnostics, system information program that will id most hardware on-board a mb. as well as the actual motherboard. It will, in some cases, actually provide a download link for the driver.
