NEC support for Japanese market notebooks can only be found on the NEC Japan website.
We need a description of the Graphics/Video Adapter. Open Device Manager, find the video device, double-click it, click the Details tab and give me the hardware id string (it will begin with PCI\VEN. U cannot copy and paste it so you have to do it manually (like in Notepad) so be careful to get all digits exactly as you see them on the screen. Once typed in Notepad, you can then copy and paste it to another post in this thread.
Note: it may be listed under "Unknown Devices" or "Other Devices" in Device Manager (if it's not listed under "Display Adapters").
