When asking for a network driver, u should describe the device along with the computer it came installed in.
1: Desktop or laptop (you can't get past 1st. base on the Dell website without this info)
2: Computer Series name, eg: Inspiron, Latitude, Vostro, etc, (you can't get past 2nd. base without this info)
