What are you describing with "818"? eg: a sound card, a sound chip, a desktop computer, a notebook computer, other?
I was unable to associate "818" with anything listed on the manufacturers website:

If you are unable to add additional info to your request, I suggest opening Device Manager, double-click the sound device, click the Details tab, tell me what the hardware ID string is.... it should start with PCI\VEN
