Did this device come preinstalled in your computer at the time of purchase or did you purchase it separately then add it to the computer? If it came preinstalled in your computer, then you need to provide the computer brand and model.

SmartLink was bought out by Archtek but I don't know what happened to them afterwards. Modems are becoming obsolete quickly and with that, modem websites are disappearing.

Hi. I bought the modem separate from the computer. I tried to find the driver on Driver Guide but could not find it.

Extra info from the Win XP .inf file is: USB\VID_0483&PID_7554

Does that help to find a driver for 64bit Win7?

Sorry, there is no 64-bit driver for this device. File name: 4db3fa8d.zip and 817875f1.zip will only support 32-bit versions.
