Are you describing a computer or a motherboard? Trigem doesn't make sound cards or sound chips. We need a description of the actual sound device before we can help.
Or open Device Manager, double-click the sound device, click the Details tab, give me the first line of text... it should start with PCI\VEN...........
Example:
PCI\VEN_13F6&DEV_0111&SUBSYS_011113F6&REV_10
If your sound chip is a Cmedia CMI8738, you can download drivers from this web page:

or you can find it posted numerous times in our driver database by using the
