When you omit the interface and other important details, it's impossible for us to help:
1: Did this device come pre-installed in your computer at the time or purchase or did you purchase it separately then add it to the computer?
2: Is it an "integrated on the motherboard" device, a "laptop mini-card", or a "pci or agp graphics/video add-on card"?
3: Used in a desktop or laptop computer?
4: Motherboard/Computer brand and model?
5: Did it come from the factory with Windows XP installed?
6: What is the hardware id string (found in Device Manager, double-click the device, click the details tab, 1st. line of text). Usually starts with PCI\VEN......
