VIA does not make PCI or ISA sound cards, they make chipsets and sell them to people who do.
If would have been helpful if you had included the motherboard/computer brand and model along with the VEN/DEV/SubSys numbers found in the device properties of Device Manager. With the vague info you posted, all I can suggest is to visit the [url="www.via.com.tw/en/support/drivers.jsp"]VIA website.[/url] However, I can tell you up front that VIA does not have this chipset listed in their sound drivers section. And if it's in a laptop, generic drivers from VIA would never work as they will fail install.
