Did this device come installed in your computer at the time of purchase or did you purchased it separately then add it to the computer?
Is it a pci card, a pci mini-card (for use in laptops), or is it a chip integrated on the motherboard?
Is it a LAN (wired) or WLAN (wireless) device?
Used in a laptop or desktop computer?
Did it come from the factory with Windows XP installed?
Can you provide the VEN/DEV/SUBSYS number found in Device Manager, details tab?
