"motherboard' is not a valid Matsonic motherboard model number. You'll have to do better than that before we can help. I suggest that you use the following software program (it helps to id hardware and the motherboard and even offers a link to the driver in some cases):

EVEREST Home Edition is a free system diagnostics, system information program that will id most hardware on-board a mb. as well as the actual motherboard. It will, in some cases, actually provide a download link for the driver.
