DRIVER NEEDED: Gateway Solo 9300 (Windows XP Professional)

I recently replaced the motherboard on a Gateway Solo 9300. Since replaceing the motherboard the computer works well but Something has changed so I can't access the internet. I have a belkin notebook card and show that I am getting plenty of signal but my network connection status activity shows 364 sent and only 1 received. Since the card worked before I don't see a problem now. I sure this is something that's just not set up correctly. Please give me any help you can before I make things worse.

Take a look in Device Manager and give us a report of what's going on there. Any devices flagged? If you need a driver, I'm sure you can find it on the Gateway website (or the Belkin website).
