The manufacturer never shipped this desktop with Windows XP installed hence XP is an un-supported OS. No support from the manufacturer. About all I can suggest is to use Everest to see if it will find drivers for you. The first step in finding drivers is to first identify the hardware.
To find make and model of pc hardware, EVEREST Home Edition is a free system diagnostics, system information program that will id most hardware onboard a mb. as well as the actual motherboard brand and model.
