Conexant doesn't make PCI/ISA graphics/video cards, they make chipsets and sell them to Video card makers, TV Card makers, and motherboard makers. You will need to provide the computer/motherboard info before we can help unless of course if this is a TV card instead of a graphics/video card.
Is your device a graphics/video adapter or is it actually a TV Tuner card? If yes, then we will still need to know who made the card and what it's model number is. Probably Pixelview..... but several manufacturers make tv cards with this chipset.
Is it a stand-alone retail card or did it come packed with/installed in your computer at the time of purchase?
