The Linksys BEFW1154 is not a network card or network chipset, it's a wireless router. Routers do not require any driver in Windows XP. Please read the instruction manual to learn how to configure it for your ISP and for use in Windows XP using a common web browser like IE8 or FireFox or Google Chrome.
