Exclamation DRIVER NEEDED: ASUS a7v8x-x (Windows XP Home)

I am trying to download the 4in1 drivers for an Asus a7v8x-x motherboard. the file name is a7v8x-x.zip and it is 46.7 mb. But when I click on the file it wants me to download a setup file that is only 1.01mb. I know what I need and don't need to scan my system. The file I need isn't even for my system. It is for a computer I am working on. How can members bypass the system driver scanner? I have used driverguide.com for years and never had this problem.

Support Information:
Device Type: BIOS / Motherboard
Manufacturer: ASUS
Model: a7v8x-x
Interface: Other
Operating System: Windows XP Home
Age of Device: < 2 years old
FCCID:

Find it on DriverGuide | Find it with Google | Research manufacturer ASUS

When reporting a problem with downloading a file, ALWAYS mention the URL to this file, otherwise we have no way to know even what website you're referring to. I found this file here on driverguide.com and had no problem whatsoever with downloading it.

http://members.driverguide.com/drive...riverid=468474

Click the "Download" button and you won't have any problem for such an easy and simple task. Why does everyone create a problem when there is none?

All drivers for this motherboard can be downloaded from the manufacturers website:
Code:
http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-en&model=a7v8x-x

Also, ALL drivers for this motherboard are included with this file:

http://members.driverguide.com/drive...iverid=1786324

or
Code:
http://hotfile.com/dl/100917449/c1ef785/ASUS_A7V8X-X_-_Drivers.rar.html

Also, this VIA 4-in-1 driver (VIA4in1.zip) can be downloaded using this link:
Code:
http://www.xxxxxxxxxx.net/forum/driver-via-hyperion-4-in-1-driver-4-56v-vt587.html

Edit: Due to a moaning crybaby, the via link above has been xxxxx'd out.

JerryK

Do you mind

STOP HOTLINKING MY FORUM!

Your website is costing me 4GB a month in stolen bandwidth! You have been doing this for more than a year now. You unlike others who link to the pages - purposefully leech files from my site all while you charge your users - PREMIUM fees? Today is the 3 February and you have already sucked out 121 file downloads for the month. Its getting worst!!!

You big crybaby take your files off the internet if you don't want them "leeched" (a website owners opinion of people that download files from the internet). Last time I checked, this is not in violation of any laws. And I doubt our members will take kindly to you calling them thieves. What are you.. a 14 yr. old? If not, then stop acting like one. You know nothing about this website or how it's run so don't try to make folks believe that you do.

Edit: I just did a search for links here to what the big crybaby has been referring to above. The 1 LINK posted above is the only one posted on this site by ME. So Mr. Moaning Crybaby, where are all those other links you're referring to? Did you think I was too stupid to check your BIG story? What is the purpose of your website???? If you post files for downloading then what makes you think folks that can won't download your files? You need to get your facts straight before making accusations again and like I said earlier, if you don't want your files downloaded then remove them from the site.

Also, driverguide.com members please DON'T download any files from w w w . i n e t b r i d g e . n e t (unless of course you need a file he has posted there.)

He could alternatively download from an alternate source that isn't going to complain about leechers.
