Dell shipped this desktop model with several different options for network controllers:

Also, a request should include the pc series name and whether it's a laptop or desktop... Like "this is a OptiPlex GX280 desktop computer". There's a reason why we provide a "Comment Box". It's not there just as a web decoration.
And network devices can include LAN (wired) and WLAN (wireless) but none of them have a "Other" interface. Most are either "integrated on the motherboard" or PCI. External network adapters can include "USB" and "PCMCIA" interfaces.
