DRIVER NEEDED: Targus PAWM004Y01U (Windows XP Professional) [USB]

I an currently using an MS Update selected driver (KME,Inc. v.6.0.6000.0)that works ok, but I'm constantly having to uninstall it and then reinstall it. I have an older Toshiba Satellite laptop. Any suggestions?
