Sometimes requests go un-answered when:
1. The request may be unclear.
2. The request seems to require an answer for something that cannot be explained online adequately.
3. The hardware description is inadequate to allow the Experts to help you.
Driver requests should be clear and precise. That includes a physical description of the hardware device you require a driver for as well as the computer/motherboard brand and model. You also need to say if this device is used in a desktop or laptop computer, whether it came pre-installed or did you add it to the computer later, and if the OS you needed a driver for is the same OS as what came installed on the computer when purchased new. Additional, you should include all numbers/letters written on the actual hardware device including chipset numbers. You can never post too much information so feel free to write/type everything you can find on the hardware device.
Please feel free to re-word your request or add additional hardware information you might feel helpful for the Experts to assist you.
It's also important that a member does not skip any of the questions presented in our request form or select wrong info.
