A Toshiba MK1637GSX is a 2.5" Hard Drive of 160 GB. size with SATA interface. Hard drives do not require a driver (in any OS). What does require a driver is the SATA controller.
Most SATA controller drivers come included with the Vista OS so it's not understood why your having a problem. Just use the restore feature and the driver should be extracted automatically from the restore disk (or hidden partition on the hard drive).
Before we can begin to help, you must identify the SATA controller.
And btw, you need to install the hard drive into the laptop it's to be used in before you can install Vista OS. What you're trying to do is a no-no. No professional would ever attempt such a feat.
