Did it come from Packard-Bell with Windows 7 x64 installed?
A description of the lan and wlan chipsets?
You do realize that Packard-Bell is not sold nor supported in North America? (and your posting a request on a N. American website, there's not many users of this product in N.A.). You should post a request on a site where this product is sold and supported (as you'd probably have better luck).
