You won't get past first base on any Packard Bell website without these 3 unknowns.
Product Family? Netbook, Notebook, Desktop?
Product line? EasyNote, iPower, iMax, iMedia, iMedia XS, iPower, iXtreme, oneTwo, other?
Did it come from Packard-Bell with Windows 7 x64 installed?
A description of the lan and wlan chipsets?
You do realize that Packard-Bell is not sold nor supported in North America? (and your posting a request on a N. American website, there's not many users of this product in N.A.). You should post a request on a site where this product is sold and supported (as you'd probably have better luck).
Acer bought out Packard-Bell some time back so you might also want to visit their website:
If P-B doesn't offer drivers for this model you may be forced to try driver finding software like Driver Reviver or Driver Detective:
