You left out one important fact my friend, the model of the HP computer that this device came installed in. However, I was still able to find the driver for you. It's posted on the HP web page below:

and yes, that last digit ":" is necessary for the link to work. Without it, there is an update fix to resolve an issue preventing the Microsoft Media Center application from receiving channel 2 on some cable TV systems.
For the benefit of those needing the same driver, you should go ahead and post the HP computer model that you have.
