Ali left the sound chipset making business quite some time ago. They never made sound cards, only sound chips. You should get support from the company who made your computer (not from Ali) or from the company who made the sound card. If you care to divulge information about what computer brand and model this device came installed in (or the sound card brand and model), I will attempt to help further.

And what's up with the weird/confusing member name: ie: creative vf-0040? Not the best choice I've witnessed here. It could cause mass confusion as some folks might think you need a driver for a creative vf-0040 sound card.
